What you'll need, and why
Individual accounts complete three steps; business accounts complete four. We will never ask for passwords, PINs, full card numbers or CVVs.

| Personal information | Name, residential address, country | Confirms your identity and protects your account. | 1–2 business days |
| Business information | Registered name, registration number (if issued), address, email, industry, country | Confirms the business is legitimately registered. | 2–3 business days |
| Bank verification | Bank name, country, account holder name | Ensures funds reach an account in your name. | 1–3 business days |
| Payment method | Cardholder name, billing address; card check via a certified payment provider | Confirms the payment method belongs to you. | Same day once activated |
Requirements can vary by country. If we need anything else, the step will show “Action Required” with a note.
