What we collect
Name, email, address, country, account type, and — where you provide them — business details, bank name/country/holder name, and cardholder name and billing address. We do not collect card numbers, CVVs, PINs or banking passwords.
Why we collect it
To open and secure your account, verify identity and business registration, route payments correctly, and meet legal obligations.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by role: you see only your own records; only authorised reviewers can view submissions. Personal data is never placed in page addresses.
Payment providers
Card checks are performed by a PCI-compliant payment provider under its own privacy terms.
Retention
We keep verification records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time from your dashboard. We respond within 30 days.
